Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your item/s for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. This is dependant on the item and other particular exceptions detailed below. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

 

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days from the date in which you received your item/s. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, labels and packaging attached where necessary.

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

To begin the process to return an item, please email hello@playadvantage.co.uk to obtain the address for which to send the item/s to. At this point, please make Play Advantage aware of whether you would like to receive the refund to your original payment method or store credit. After receiving the address, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return. We hold no responsibility if your item is lost or destroyed in transit and may not offer the refund.

 

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

For an exchange off items, you will also be responsible for the shipping charge of the replacement product.

 

REFUNDS

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. You will not receive a refund of the shipping fees paid to us. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you when your return has been processed.
 

EXCEPTIONS

 

The following items cannot be returned:

     ●     Custom Bucket Hats
We may provide a goodwill option alter your custom bucket hat should the size vary by more than 1cm either way to the size ordered.
In this scenario, you will be required to pay postage.
